1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Get AI Page ("Service"), operated by Innerkore Technologies Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Get AI Page is a cloud-based website builder platform operated by Innerkore Technologies Private Limited that allows users to create, manage, and deploy static websites using popular frameworks (Next.js, Astro, React, HTML).

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Data Residency

During account creation, you select a data storage region (India, EU, US, Brazil, or Canada). Your data will be stored in the selected region in accordance with local data protection laws. Data region changes are subject to a 30-day migration period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or malware
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

6. Pricing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• Prices are in USD/INR depending on your region
• Payments are processed via Stripe or PayU
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase (unused service only)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create
• Our Platform: All platform code, designs, and features are our property
• License: You grant us a license to host and display your content
• Third-Party: You must respect third-party licenses and copyrights

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination:

• You will lose access to the Service
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
• No refunds for partial months

10. Liability and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party integrations or services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
